friendkeeper ("we", "our", or "the app") is operated by Left Join Labs Ltd, registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or using friendkeeper, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use friendkeeper. During account setup, we ask for your date of birth and will prevent users under 13 from creating an account. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will delete their account and associated data.
You are responsible for keeping your phone number and account access secure. Each account is linked to a single phone number. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the app, which permanently removes all your data from our servers.

If you receive unwanted messages from another user, you can block and report them from within the app. We review reports and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of any content you add to friendkeeper (friend details, notes, catch-up logs, photos). We do not claim any rights over your content. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you add does not violate the rights of others.
The Send Love feature lets you send short predefined messages to friends on friendkeeper. You may send a limited number of love sends per day. Additional sends can be earned through the referral programme. We reserve the right to modify the number of daily sends or the referral programme at any time.
The borrowing feature helps you track items and money lent or borrowed between friends. friendkeeper does not process payments. Any actual payments happen through external apps (such as Revolut, PayPal, or Venmo) and are subject to those services' own terms. We are not responsible for disputes over borrowed items or money.
We aim to keep friendkeeper available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We may also modify or discontinue features at any time.
friendkeeper, including its design, logo, and code, is owned by Left Join Labs Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
friendkeeper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Left Join Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost data, missed reminders, or disputes with other users.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your actions harm other users or the service. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
